Discover the Luxurious Bentley Batur Convertible: A Bespoke Masterpiece with 740 HP

Bentley’s bespoke division, Mulliner, has unveiled its fourth Batur Convertible, marking the most meticulously crafted version of this model to date.

For Sonia Bresslow, the new owner, this isn’t her first foray into the world of coachbuilt Bentleys. Her impressive collection already boasts the Blower Continuation Series, the Speed Six Continuation Series, and the Bacalar – Bentley’s first modern coachbuilt creation.

Bresslow’s keen eye for harmonious color and material combinations is evident in every carefully specified detail. This attention to detail not only results in a luxurious masterpiece but also showcases Mulliner’s unparalleled craftsmanship and ability to incorporate truly bespoke elements for discerning clients.

The fourth Batur Convertible exudes luxury in its design. It features a striking tri-tone color scheme, custom-made for the client, accentuated by a 6mm gloss silver pinstripe that emphasizes the Batur’s distinctive “Endless Bonnet” design.
The top color, aptly named “Bresslow Blue,” extends to the roof canvas, marking Bentley’s first-ever bespoke color roof. When retracted, an airbridge in the same stunning hue is revealed. The exterior is further enhanced with a bonnet pinstripe, accent colors on the wheels and wing mirrors, polished titanium exhaust finishers, and a bright silver grille.
For Bresslow, personalization is key. Upon entering the cabin, an innovative welcome lamp projects her name in elegant handwritten script using 415,800 micro-mirrors – a feature that epitomizes bespoke luxury.

The interior is a symphony of warm autumn tones, featuring tan and caramel hues complemented by light blue accents. The unique Bresslow Blue from the exterior is seamlessly incorporated into the cabin design. Contrast stitching, beginning on the tonneau cover, extends throughout the upholstery, seats, headrests, and instrument panel. In a nod to the car’s namesake, the outline of the Batur volcano is delicately etched into the plush floor mats.

Drawing inspiration from classic Bentleys, the cabin fascia boasts a bright aluminum engine spin finish. The Bentley Rotating Display features bespoke colored dials on three gauges, perfectly matching the satin blue Bentley clock face.

Beyond the engine spin fascia, the Batur Convertible No. 4 breaks new ground with Bentley’s first use of 3D-printed platinum. This precious metal adorns the steering wheel’s top dead center marker and each organ stop, underscoring the vehicle’s exclusivity and innovative spirit.

While highly customized, the Batur Convertible retains Bentley’s legendary W12 engine in its most potent form. The hand-assembled 6.0-liter twin-turbocharged powerplant, producing a formidable 740 horsepower, ensures a grand touring experience befitting Mulliner’s flagship coachbuilt series.
