BYD Launches Free Vehicle Inspection Campaign for Lunar New Year: Essential Checks for Safe Long-Distance Travel

The campaign will be conducted at 17 BYD Auto service centers across the country over eight days, including three days before the holiday (February 11-13) and five days after (February 19-20, February 23-25).
During this period, BYD Korea will offer complimentary precision inspection services for critical components essential for long-distance travel. These include checks on the power battery condition, vehicle underbody, brake system, and assessment of consumable parts that may need replacement. The inspection process takes about 30 minutes, and customers will also receive a complimentary interior deodorizing service for a more pleasant driving experience.
As an added gesture, all customers visiting the service centers during the campaign will receive a small gift, enhancing their overall service experience during the Lunar New Year holiday.
A spokesperson for BYD Korea explained, “The Lunar New Year holiday typically sees an increase in long-distance travel, making vehicle maintenance particularly crucial. We’ve launched this campaign to provide our customers with peace of mind through free inspections before and after their holiday travels.” The company also emphasized its commitment to expanding service programs tailored to customers’ real-world driving needs and environments.
In a move to enhance service quality, BYD Korea plans to expand its network to a total of 26 service centers by the end of this year.
