BYD Launches Free Inspection Campaign for Safe Lunar New Year Travels: What You Need to Know!

BYD Korea has announced a Lunar New Year Free Inspection Campaign to support safe and comfortable travel for BYD owners during the upcoming holiday season.
The automaker plans to offer comprehensive free inspection services, covering pre-trip preparations for long-distance travel and post-trip vehicle condition checks, ensuring a systematic approach to customer support.
The campaign will run for a total of eight days at 17 BYD Auto service centers across the country. It includes three days before the holiday (February 11-13) and five days after (February 19-20, 23-25). During this period, BYD Korea will provide thorough free inspections focusing on crucial aspects of long-distance travel. These include power battery status checks, undercarriage inspections, brake system examinations, and assessments of consumable parts that may need replacement. The inspection process takes approximately 30 minutes and includes a complimentary interior deodorizing service to enhance the driving experience.
As an added gesture, all customers who visit the service centers during the campaign will receive a small gift, further enhancing their service experience during the Lunar New Year holiday.
A BYD Korea spokesperson stated, “We’ve launched this campaign to ensure our customers can travel with confidence during the holiday season, thanks to our comprehensive pre- and post-holiday inspection services. Moving forward, we’re committed to expanding our service programs to better align with our customers’ real-world driving needs and environments.”
Looking ahead, BYD Korea has set an ambitious goal to establish a network of 26 service centers by the end of this year.
