| Andabin, the eldest son of the late actor Ahn Sung-ki and an accomplished artist in his own right, recently shared a poignant tribute to his father on social media.
On February 10, Andabin took to his social media account, revealing, “This marks the first solo exhibition where I couldn’t share the news with my dad.” Reflecting on his artistic journey and the announcement of his solo show, Andabin mused, “I feel I’m beginning to grasp the essence of creating art from the heart. Dad’s words of wisdom are finally resonating with me. Thank you, Dad. I promise to continue my work with quiet dedication.” Ahn Sung-ki, a beloved figure in Korean cinema, was found in cardiac arrest at his home on December 30 last year. Despite receiving intensive care, he passed away on January 5.
