Everyone’s more interested in healthy eating these days, but squeezing nutritious vegetables into a busy morning isn’t easy. Lots of people skip them because they don’t have time to wash and prep veggies while getting ready for work or school.

Health-beverage specialist Tizen has launched a drinkable “3-second salad” called Salad Ssok that lets you get your veggies every morning without any washing or prep.
Each single packet contains 20 kinds of vegetables—like carrot, cabbage, tomato, broccoli and celery—plus chicory-derived dietary fiber, offering an all-in-one way to get nutrients many people miss. One packet provides 3,000 mg of dietary fiber.
Notably, that includes 3,000 mg of chicory fiber, roughly the same amount you’d get from about 94 g of kale.
Tizen’s own blending technique combines 2,000 mg of its apple cider vinegar—fermented from Gyeongbuk (North Gyeongsang) green apples—with 3,000 mg of not-from-concentrate (NFC) carrot juice to create a more flavorful salad drink. The vinegar’s bright tang and the carrot juice’s rich, fragrant notes complement each other perfectly. As a salad-style beverage, each packet is designed to be low in sugar and contains just 10 kcal, helping minimize any pre-meal blood sugar impact.
Make it part of your daily routine: drink a packet before meals to start your day with a refreshing boost. You can sip it straight, mix it with water like juice, or combine it with sparkling water for a quick ade.
To celebrate the launch, Olive Young will sell Tizen Salad Ssok at a 47% discount in stores and online from May 31 through June 5.
