TODAY KOREA — Reporter Lee Ki-bong | The Seoul Agro-Fisheries & Food Corporation (the Corporation) announced on May 8 that it will host a hands-on event at the 3rd National Bread Festival at Garak Mall to emphasize the importance of food safety.
Kids can step into a mock safety testing lab and play the role of inspectors, learning how food safety checks work and examining food samples themselves.
The Corporation will also run a claw machine where visitors can win keychain plush versions of its mascot characters Eco-friendly Munongi and Freshie, and staff will hand out character cookies.
The National Bread Festival — a bread fair where top bakeries from across the country offer on-site tastings and interactive experiences — runs through May 10 on the third-floor Sky Park at Garak Mall.
