Ottogi announced on the 29th that it has named Chef Park Eun-young as the ambassador for its Chinese-style ramen line. A rising star in Chinese cuisine, Chef Park gained wider attention after appearing on Season 1 of Netflix’s culinary variety show, Black-and-White Chefs.
Ottogi will team up with Chef Park to roll out a series of chef-driven cooking content featuring ‘짜슐랭’ and ‘진짬뽕.’ The company plans to spotlight her recipes and ideas to generate buzz on social media and strengthen connections with consumers. An Ottogi spokesperson said, “As the jajang-ramen market sees a generational shift, we aim to further cement our position as the No. 1 brand in the jjamppong-ramen category. Going forward, we will work with Chef Park to set a new standard in the Chinese-style ramen market.”
