With Family Month around the corner, hotels, bakeries and coffee chains are rolling out irresistible desserts perfect for gifting.

Seoul Shilla Hotel introduced three gift-focused cakes, plus a roll cake and a set of baked cookies. ‘Blooming Love,’ topped with fresh carnations, will be available through May 15. The hotel is also offering ‘Secret Rose Garden,’ infused with rose petals, and ‘Barrel Together,’ a chocolate cake created for Children’s Day.

Grand Hyatt Seoul leaned into playful charm with a dessert collection inspired by its mascot, ‘HY.’ The hotel amped up flavor using Valrhona’s Guanaja 40th Anniversary chocolate from France. For Children’s Day, they introduced a whimsical ‘Teddy Bear Chocolate Set’—six pieces in total, two each of Matcha Shine Muscat, Buckwheat Praline, and Orange Earl Grey. The promotion runs from April 24 through May 31.
