Outback Steakhouse is dialing up its dessert game, expanding dining options so guests can cap off meals with something sweet. Leading the charge is the new Sizzling Brownie, offered alongside fan-favorite desserts and a semi-course format.
The Sizzling Brownie arrives on a piping-hot skillet: a warm brownie doused in chocolate sauce and crowned with Häagen-Dazs ice cream. As the sauce sizzles and melts against the skillet and the ice cream begins to soften, you get an irresistible textural contrast—crisp edges and a gooey, tender center.
Outback isn’t ditching its classics. Chocolate Thunder from Down Under layers a brownie cake with vanilla ice cream and whipped cream, while Cheesecake Olivia, a New York–style slice, rounds out the post-meal dessert lineup.
Order the Sizzling Brownie à la carte, or choose the Black Label Sizzling Edition—a semi-course experience that flows from salad to dessert so you can enjoy Outback’s premium steak and a decadent finish in one seamless meal.
This year, Outback has steadily beefed up its dessert offerings as part of a move to deliver more than just a meal. After last fall’s limited-season Boni-bam Mont Blanc, the chain added the Sizzling Brownie to expand post-steak dessert choices.
