[TV Daily Reporter Han Seo-yul] The Channel A series Time of Dogs and Wolves 2 spotlights a heartbreaking case about a couple who have put plans for a second child on hold because of their dog’s aggression.
The episode airing the night of the 22nd focuses on Axe — Wolf No. 3 — a mixed-breed dog with severe aggressive behavior. Axe has lived with the wife for three years but repeatedly nips at the husband. The husband has been on the receiving end of as many as 15 bites, making the situation at home extremely serious. Axe also shows unprovoked aggression toward other household dogs, including resident dog Poppy. The husband described Axe’s sudden attacks as \”demonic,\” saying they have caused him intense pain and distress. Trainer Kang Hyung-wook warned that Axe’s behavior goes beyond testing boundaries — \”it appears his goal is to bite.\” Because they can’t control Axe, the couple now hesitates to make decisions about having children. In response, Kang launches a three-step program to correct Axe’s behavior and to help the owners improve their handling and responses. The show airs Wednesdays at 10 p.m. [TV Daily Reporter Han Seo-yul news@tvdaily.co.kr / Photo courtesy of Channel A]
