Tapping into the “multi-benefit” trend—where one product delivers multiple pleasures—this release blends seokbakji (cubed radish kimchi) with gat-kimchi (mustard-leaf kimchi), giving shoppers two classic flavors in a single jar.
Ourhome uses seasonal, Korea-grown mustard greens, radishes, red pepper powder and ginger as the main ingredients. Everything is cut into bite-sized pieces so you can enjoy it straight from the package—no extra cooking required.
The product will be available at 19 Costco locations nationwide, excluding the Yangpyeong store. To celebrate the launch, Ourhome will host sampling events from April 30 through May 3.
An Ourhome spokesperson said, “We focused on achieving a balanced flavor by combining seokbakji and gat-kimchi in the optimal ratio.” They added that the company plans to expand its presence in the kimchi market by leveraging this distinct product advantage.
