Hyundai Green Food is stepping up its efforts to reach more diners by teaming up with a booking platform. Rather than managing each restaurant in isolation, the company plans to group its brands together for joint exposure to boost its dining-business competitiveness.
On the 12th, Hyundai Green Food said it will open a dedicated \”Hyundai Green Food Hall\” on the real-time reservation platform CatchTable on the 13th. The move is designed to make it easy for customers to compare options and book multiple restaurants in one place.
Eighteen outlets will join the platform. The lineup includes seven locations from the H Restaurant series—such as the fine-dining h’450 in the annex of Hyundai Department Store’s Apgujeong main branch and h’541 in Pangyo—along with Lauras Blanc, a French brunch café at THE HYUNDAI Seoul, and three branches of the Italian premium grocerant Itali (Pangyo, THE HYUNDAI Seoul, and Jung-dong). Collaborations with Chef Jung Ho-young, including Shabukaden and Sobakaden, are also part of the selection, covering the company’s full dining portfolio.
Hyundai Green Food says the platform listing will address limits with existing reservation channels. Some restaurants have relied on Naver Reservations or walk-ins, but by using CatchTable’s real-time booking and waitlist features, the company expects to offer a smoother experience for guests. The broader platform exposure should also help attract new customers.
They’re launching a promotion to mark the rollout. From the 13th through the 30th, Hyundai Green Food will hold \”Hyundai Green Food Brand Week,\” giving customers who book through CatchTable 20% off their payment. The discount is applied as a single benefit and cannot be combined with other offers.
A Hyundai Green Food spokesperson said, \”We will continue to deliver not only high-quality food but also a variety of services and content for customers who visit our dining outlets.\”
