Hyundai Green Food, the food arm of Hyundai Department Store Group, announced on the 29th that it’s launching a new corner called Nature-Inspired Sobahn at h’_Kitchen, the premium food court on the basement level of Hyundai Department Store’s Trade Center location.
Nature-Inspired Sobahn is a fusion Korean concept built around simple cooking techniques that let each ingredient’s natural flavor shine.
The signature dishes include the Pollock Roe Tofu Grill Bowl — whole tofu seared until golden, simmered in a soy glaze and topped with seasoned pollock roe and roasted vegetables (12,500 KRW, ≈ $9.38); the Garlic‑Jujube Chicken Thigh Bowl — juicy grilled chicken thigh finished with a sweet garlic-and-jujube sauce (14,000 KRW, ≈ $10.50); and a vegan-friendly Tofu Soboro Buckwheat Noodles — crispy tofu and roasted vegetables tossed with buckwheat noodles in a savory soy dressing (12,500 KRW, ≈ $9.38).
