Sands China swept the major categories at the 2026 Michelin Guide Hong Kong & Macau announcement, underscoring its world-class culinary prowess.

The biggest highlight this year was Huaiyang Garden at The Londoner Macao. It’s the only Huaiyang restaurant across Hong Kong and Macau to hold two Michelin stars, and it retained that rating for a third consecutive year. Ji Yat Hin at the Four Seasons Hotel Macao also kept a star, marking its 17th straight year on the Michelin list.
It wasn’t just the food — service stood out as well. Captain Jenny Ye of Huaiyang Garden won the Michelin Guide Service Award, an honor given to only one individual across Hong Kong and Macau. That recognition underscores that Sands China’s service is every bit as exceptional as its cuisine.

Three other Sands China restaurants earned spots on the Michelin Selected list: The Muse (traditional Thai cuisine), Siadu (Portuguese fare), and Pin Yue Xuan (modern Cantonese). Their inclusion highlights Sands China’s deep and diverse culinary lineup.
Tom Connolly, senior vice president of food and beverage operations at Sands China, said the company is honored that the Michelin Guide continues to recognize its restaurants’ excellence, and he pledged to keep delivering distinctive dining experiences through innovation.
In Macau — designated a city of culinary creativity — Sands China plans to spotlight master chefs like Zhu Xiaoyan and Antoni Ho, showcasing artful presentation and refined techniques to create fresh, memorable dining spaces.
