Here, we’ll meet Grandma Soon-nam, who’s been whipping up cheonggukjang the old-school way for years. Get ready to uncover the secret behind her rich, savory flavors that have customers coming back for more.
Next up, ‘Tough Cookie Chronicles!’ introduces us to the mastermind behind ‘Charcoal Korea,’ who went from street vendor to charcoal tycoon. We’ll hit up Namyangju hotspots like ‘Jinjeop Yanggopdae’ and ‘Woojeong Hanwoo Myeongga Gyeongbokdae Branch,’ then head to the Yeoju Charcoal Kiln to see how this entrepreneur turns flames into fortune with his prized charcoal.
Last but not least, ‘Curiosity Unleashed’ takes us to the ‘Golden Temple Suguksa’ in Seoul’s Eunpyeong district. We’ll explore this dazzling gold-adorned temple to get to the bottom of the wild rumor that praying here brings golden rewards. Plus, we’ll team up with experts from the Korea Gold Exchange to uncover some fascinating gold trivia.
