Honda Korea announced on April 30 that it will launch the official accessory “Honda X Kuromi Side Tank Panel,” a collaboration with Sanrio’s popular character Kuromi, in South Korea.
The accessory is made exclusively for Honda’s compact Monkey 125 and is compatible with all model years.
The side tank panels are produced using in-mold molding and gravure printing techniques and are precisely engineered to fit the fuel tank.

The design features Honda’s signature red as the background, with Kuromi graphics showing different expressions on the left and right panels.
The panels are made from DuraBio, a bio-based engineering plastic that helps lower CO₂ emissions. This material offers durable surfaces, long-lasting color retention, and high transparency. The decorative artwork is embedded beneath the panel surface, and combined with DuraBio’s clarity, it produces vivid colors, smooth gradients, and crisp, delicate details.
The price, including VAT, is 356,400 KRW (about $267). Honda will release a limited run of 27 units in South Korea, available through authorized Honda motorcycle dealers and retailers nationwide.
