[The Public = Reporter Oh Doohwan] K-sneaker label Seven Eight Under is landing in Hong Kong: the brand will open its first global pop-up at Harvey Nichols Hong Kong starting March 20 for two weeks, where it will unveil its Monster Sneakers collection, the M-3.
The M-3 drops in three colorways—vintage pink, off-white, and ash black. Made from premium Japanese canvas, the sneakers feature irregular monster graphic embroidery that gives them a unique, tactile, three-dimensional effect. A detachable arrow-shaped charm clips onto the midsole, so you can customize your look.
At the pop-up, Seven Eight Under will stage a curated exhibition space showcasing artworks from collaborating artists, limited-edition pieces, and a visual history of the brand.
The same products will also be on display at the brand’s GGLS store in Sinsa-dong, Seoul.
Seven Eight Under said the pop-up came together at the invitation of Harvey Nichols Hong Kong—one of Britain’s top three department stores—and called the event a meaningful first step into international markets. The brand added that it aims to offer visitors a fresh experience that blends art and fashion, not just another sneaker label.
