TXT’s Soobin revealed what inspired him to pursue a career as a singer.
On the 4th, the YouTube channel ‘Jjanhan-hyung Shin Dong-yeop’ posted a video titled \”TXT Soobin & Beomgyu EP.143: An eight-year idol who dreams of becoming a variety-show personality.\”
In the video, Soobin said he has been a huge fan of KARA since elementary school. He added that his admiration went beyond simply liking them—he bought their albums and followed them passionately.
He said his childhood, somewhat naive goal of meeting KARA in person is what ultimately pushed him to become a singer. He recalled filming a variety segment with senior member Gyuri and said it still makes him happy when other members mention that they heard Soobin was a fan of theirs.
