[Sports Today reporter Im Si-ryeong] Comedian Moon Se-yoon is set to depart FNC Entertainment after 11 years with the agency.
According to FNC Entertainment on the 5th, Moon’s contract will expire in May.
In January, the company announced it would end its management of variety and broadcast talent as part of a business restructuring intended to accelerate future growth.
The agency said it has held in-depth talks with its variety and broadcast clients. It added that it will not renew contracts, will phase out its management operations, and will continue to provide necessary support through the transition.
Moon debuted in 2003 as part of SBS’s sixth special recruitment of comedians. He has appeared on shows such as Uchatsa and Comedy Big League, and he currently holds regular spots on variety programs including Delicious Guys, Amazing Saturday and 2 Days & 1 Night.
