[Sports Today reporter Im Si-ryeong] Yang Sang-guk left Heo Kyung-hwan visibly flustered on SBS’s My Ugly Duckling.
The April 5 episode of SBS’s variety show My Ugly Duckling staged a playful showdown between Heo Kyung-hwan and Yang Sang-guk.
When Yang stopped by Heo’s new place that day, Heo boasted about the Han River view, insisting, “That’s not a screen — cars really keep passing.”

Yang, who joked that as a country kid he grew up watching the waters off Tongyeong, marveled that he could now see the entire Han River.
He added, “I’ve never been to a friend’s house with a view like this of the Han River. You can see traffic in real time. You’re not the same Heo Kyung-hwan who lived in a semi-basement in Sillim-dong.” Heo shrugged, prompting laughter.
Yang then teased, “Don’t be jealous just because I’ve done well. I’m moving into the upstairs unit — honestly, my new life goal is to get what Heo gets.”
He continued, “You should really thank me. I got you a regular spot on Hangout With Yoo. I stepped into the episode that mattered most and basically saved it.”
When Heo fired back, “So after you appeared, did I become the official regular?” Yang quipped, “You should’ve left; I should’ve stayed.” He added, jokingly, that his mother had even made 14 YouTube accounts, drawing more laughter.
