[Sports Today reporter Kim Tae-hyung] Comedian Han Yun-seo has introduced the man she says she’s dating with marriage in mind.
On the March 30 episode of TV Chosun’s dating program “Joseon’s Lover,” 41-year-old comedian Han Yun-seo made an appearance.
She opened with a self-deprecating quip — “I’ve been single for 41 years” — and recalled, “Between ages 36 and 38, I went on countless blind dates and attended so many events just to try to date. I really wanted to get married.”
Her close friend Jeong Yi-rang said Han pursued love with fierce determination. Hwang Bo-ra, who sat nearby, added that she had set Han up on a blind date but the man found Han’s intensity overwhelming. “She came on strong,” Jeong said. “Calling it pursuit is generous — it was almost begging.” Hwang Bo-ra joked that Han’s energy was “ten million times” her own.
Han admitted she hadn’t stopped dating and quipped that her nickname was the “X-times collector.” Hwang Bo-ra commented that many of Han’s partners turned out to be questionable: Han said she had been scammed before, bought luxury goods for boyfriends, and lent money she never got back. Jeong recalled calling her and hearing, “Sis, I’m so exhausted.”
After sharing her romantic history and a list of 35 ideal traits, Han said she eventually met someone who checked every box. “I don’t know how I found my match,” she said. “We haven’t been together long, but we’re dating with marriage in mind,” and she introduced her fiancé.
Han’s fiancé is 43-year-old Mun Jun-woong, who said he works for Sandbox Network, a YouTube management company.
Later, Han and Mun met Jeong Yi-rang. Seeing Mun, Jeong praised his pleasant impression, and Han affectionately said he was “cleared for the formal family meeting.”
