Lee Sun-bin has launched an operation to deliver an invitation to her close friend Park Bo-young. Earlier reports said Lee confirmed her romance with Lee Kwang-soo in late 2018, and the pair were acknowledged as an official celebrity couple.
In the ninth episode of MBC’s variety show Manito Club, airing tonight (Sunday the 29th) at 6:05 PM, third-season members Cha Tae-hyun, Park Bo-young, Lee Sun-bin, Hwang Kwang-hee, and Kang Hoon take on individual Manito missions. Lee, who has been friends with Park for eight years, is planning an early birthday party and a special surprise for her Manito partner.
The preview shows Lee going all in—masquerading as a 200% real part-timer to deliver the invitation. Donning a horse mascot head, she nervously told passersby, \”I’m so nervous,\” while handing out promotional wet wipes and selling the bit as part of her undercover gig.

The moment Lee spots Park, she bolts over like a racehorse and hands her the invite. When Park asks, \”Is this my Manito?\” Lee visibly flinches for a second, then quickly recovers. She acts as if she’s delivering the invitation on someone else’s behalf and uses an exaggerated signal to throw Park off. To keep the ruse believable, Lee stays in character and continues working the fake job.
Park’s reaction to the note is telling. Reading the shy-sounding letter, she muses, \”I think they’re really an MBTI I (introvert),\” showing genuine concern. Meanwhile, Lee — still in the mascot suit — plays up a high-energy, extroverted \”power E\” persona, delivering laughs.
In the following scene, Park reads the invitation and warns, \”My dad told me not to go anywhere he doesn’t know about,\” as the party venue is briefly revealed on screen. The teaser builds suspense over what surprise awaits and whether Park will actually attend.
Episode 9 of Manito Club, featuring Cha Tae-hyun, Park Bo-young, Lee Sun-bin, Hwang Kwang-hee, and Kang Hoon, airs tonight (Sunday the 29th) at 6:05 PM.
