[The Public=Lee Jung-do] On May 4, Johnson Health Tech Korea said it will roll out the premium fitness brand MATRIX’s high-end home lineup on its official online store in South Korea.
As the home fitness market shifts from a pure performance focus to an emphasis on how equipment fits into living spaces, Johnson Health Tech Korea launched MATRIX home products on May 1. The move is significant because it makes equipment that has been used primarily in hotels and corporate fitness centers available to consumers for home use at the same standard.
Johnson Health Tech operates distribution networks in more than 60 countries and has received international awards for both design and technology. The MATRIX brand has earned recognition in professional settings, including global hotel chains, sports-team training facilities and high-end residential communities.
The home lineup carries the slogan “The Objet — the single masterpiece placed in your home’s gallery,” signaling the brand’s aim to treat exercise equipment as interior objects rather than mere gear. The collection blends engineering performance with furniture-like sculptural design.
The launch includes six products. The MATRIX The All in Step+ combines a step box, balance board and push-up bars into one multifunctional trainer. The MATRIX The Rower is a full-body rowing machine engineered for low noise. The MATRIX The Bike is offered in two models—recumbent and upright—and the MATRIX The Climber C50 is a stepmill designed to build lower-body strength. The lineup also features the Horizon Incline The All in Bench home-gym set, which pairs an incline bench with adjustable dumbbells and a kettlebell.
The lineup is engineered for home use with low-noise design, compact dimensions and modern styling. It aims to maintain durability and stability while complementing the aesthetics of residential interiors.
With the online-store launch, Johnson Health Tech Korea plans to accelerate its push into the country’s premium home-gym market. The company, which maintains a directly managed headquarters in Korea, will offer free nationwide installation visits by official technicians through a premium logistics service and will reinforce consumer trust by operating company-run service centers that provide a one-stop solution.
A Johnson Health Tech Korea spokesperson said, “The ‘The Objet’ lineup will transform an exercise area from somewhere you’d hide into the most striking space in your home,” and added that the company will release additional launch details in stages.
