What to Expect at Fairmont’s ‘Bubble & Breeze’: A Night of Jazz, Champagne, and Culinary Delights

[RealFood = Reporter Seong-yeon Yook] Fairmont Ambassador Seoul’s 29th-floor Mariposa & M29 will host Bubble & Breeze on the 30th.
On a terrace overlooking the Yeouido skyline and the Han River, the hotel will present a live jazz performance. A trio featuring piano, vibraphone and double bass will play in two sets: 6:30 p.m. and 8 p.m.
The event is limited to 50 guests and runs from 5:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. For two hours, attendees will enjoy unlimited French premium EPC Champagne and a single white wine selection. Each guest will also receive a welcome drink—the signature Apricot Mule—and four canapés: Hanwoo beef tartare, lobster salad with endive, scallop ceviche with caviar, and pork croquettes. Additional cocktails are available for 15,000원 (about $11.25) each.
Bubble & Breeze is Mariposa & M29’s first terrace-opening event. Tickets are 110,000원 (about $82.50) per person. An early-bird promotion running through the 22nd offers tickets at 99,000원 (about $74.25). Reservations are available via Naver Reservations and by phone.
A Fairmont Seoul spokesperson said the event was designed to offer a special spring evening on an urban rooftop terrace where champagne, live music and the energy of the crowd come together.
