[My Daily] Fashion Group Hyungji announced on February 10 that it’s ramping up efforts to expand its market share in the senior fashion sector. The company plans to increase its multi-brand stores and boost product competitiveness to achieve this goal.
Building on the success of its ‘Crocodile Lady and Castelbajac Dongdaejun store,’ which opened last October, Hyungji is set to roll out its multi-brand store model across major commercial areas nationwide.
The Dongdaejun store has become a standout location, combining women’s clothing and golf wear under one roof. This smart move has broadened its customer base to include both men and women, with projected annual sales hitting around 10 billion KRW (7.5 million USD).
Looking ahead, Hyungji plans to take its multi-brand concept to the next level. The company will introduce stores that not only feature existing clothing brands but also incorporate accessory brands like ‘Hyungji Esquire.’
This year, fashion lovers can expect to see about 20 large multi-brand Hyungji stores popping up in prime locations across the country. These stores are set to become regional fashion hubs.
On the product front, Hyungji is getting creative with its offerings. The company is beefing up its ‘three-season basic items’ line, perfect for our ever-changing climate. Plus, they’re expanding their range to include clothes made with scent-infused and eco-friendly materials – because today’s seniors are all about that sustainable, sensory-rich life.
