[MyDaily = Reporter Park Seoyeon] The group Billlie returned in dazzling fashion, showcasing music that pushes boundaries and performances that hit with force.
Billlie (Siyun, Seon, Tsuki, Moon Sua, Haram, Suhyun, Haruna) held an in-person and online showcase on May 6 at SBS Prism Tower in Mapo-gu, Seoul to mark the release of their first full-length album, The Collective Soul and Unconscious: Chapter Two, connecting with their global fandom, Billliev.
They opened the show with the title track “ZAP,” a nonstop onslaught of heavy beats and fierce choreography that quickly electrified the venue. Rather than lingering on the past, the group projected a polished confidence, signaling they won’t be shaken by outside opinion. A standout moment was the lock-shaped hook move — a choreography point that unfolded like unlocking a secret.
Billlie followed with the hybrid-genre double title “WORK” and the Gen Z–tinged “SOUPASTA,” moving effortlessly across styles and reaffirming the group’s broad musical range.

Back with their first full-length record, the members offered in-depth commentary on the tracks. They introduced the songs themselves and shared behind-the-scenes stories from the lyric-writing process, which added depth and focus. By unpacking an album that concentrates Billlie’s musical strengths, the group further cemented its identity as a conceptual act.
A special fan event underscored their close bond with supporters. The confetti the members made by hand bore heartfelt messages for fans — “Let’s stay together, slowly and for a long time”; “May Billlie bring happiness to Billliev’s everyday life”; and “I love you to death — only you” — which made the moment especially moving.
The showcase closed with “B’yond me,” a performance that highlighted their striking sensitivity, nuanced expression and explosive vocal power. Beneath a shower of confetti, the seven members’ emotional vocals left a lingering impression.

Billlie said in Korean, Japanese and English, “We put our hearts into preparing this first full album for everyone who waited so long. We’re happy we could show Billliev a more grown-up Billlie. We will repay you with great music and performances.”
Meanwhile, Billlie will hold a special busking performance at 6:30 p.m. on May 7 at the Green Path Plaza in Mangwon Hangang Park, Mapo-gu, Seoul.
