The remaining hurdle is the transfer fee: Tottenham sit 18th, so the final price could hinge on their end-of-season league status. The outlet added the fee will probably be decided based on which division Tottenham play in next season.

Vicario is also well known for his admiration of Son Heung-min (LA FC). He has praised Son as the best player in Asia and, ahead of last season’s Europa League final, vowed, “I’ll win it for Son.”
