[NewsCulture reporter Park Dong-seon] Billlie offered sleek remix sounds ahead of its first full-length album, signaling an expansion of the group’s musical range.
On May 1, Mystic Story posted “REMIX SAMPLER RAVE #1,” a sampler for Billlie’s full-length album, “the collective soul and unconscious: chapter two,” on its official YouTube channel.

The video opens with a remix of the title track “ZAP” and continues with DJ-style highlights of five album tracks, including “WORK” and “SOUPASTA.”
The remixes lean into progressive house, nu-groove and soulful house — genres that lend a distinct charm separate from the originals. They showcase Billlie’s versatility and underline the vivid musical palette the group has developed.
The sampler previews Billlie’s first full-length album, a continuation of themes from their 2022 2nd mini-album, and frames a narrative about the courage to plunge into the depths of a rupture.
Notably, international producers Hwaji and Jake K contributed to the project. Members Siyun, Moon Sua and Haram also participated directly in songwriting, demonstrating artistic growth and adding weight to the group’s integrated music‑performance‑visual narrative.
Billlie’s full-length album, “the collective soul and unconscious: chapter two,” is set for release on May 6.
