(The CEN News / Reporter Yang Hyung-ju) Tomorrow X Together has delivered a breakout performance in the music market with the title track from their 8th mini album.
Tomorrow X Together (Soobin, Yeonjun, Beomgyu, Taehyun, Hueningkai) released the album ‘7th YEAR: When the Wind Paused in the Bramble for a Moment’ and its lead single ‘Just One More Day (Stick With You)’ on the 13th. Since the release, unique listeners on YouTube Music have climbed 172% compared with the lead single from their previous 4th studio album.
That figure surpasses the group’s previous high—the title track from the 5th mini album, ‘THE NAME CHAPTER: TEMPTATION’—by 18%, setting a new 2-week cumulative record for unique listeners.
They also proved their strength on music shows. ‘Just One More Day (Stick With You)’ swept South Korea’s major programs—’Show! Champion,’ ‘M Countdown,’ ‘Music Bank,’ ‘Show! Music Core,’ and ‘Inkigayo ON THE GO’—claiming first place on all 5 and completing a grand slam.
The single has maintained a steady presence on domestic streaming charts. It entered real-time lists on major platforms like Melon and Bugs immediately after release and has continued to appear on daily and weekly rankings.
The momentum has carried overseas. The 8th mini album, which includes 6 tracks including the title song, debuted at No. 3 on the U.S. Billboard 200 chart (May 2 issue). To date, Tomorrow X Together has placed 13 albums on that chart.
The album captures the members’ emotions and reflections from 7 years since their debut. With experimental sonics and a candid exploration of universal feelings—emptiness, anxiety and more—it has struck a chord with listeners worldwide.
