A tidy, refined layout makes this charming \”mini house\” stand out for its thoughtful design. The project is a remodel of an 11-pyeong apartment in Vilnius, Lithuania (about 391 sq ft), and it demonstrates how to craft a cozy, comfortable refuge in a small footprint.

Finished in white and gray with hardwood floors, the interior feels calm and sophisticated. The studio-style apartment is arranged as a living room, kitchen, bathroom, dressing room and entryway.

Large windows frame year-round views of forest, hills and a river, filling the apartment with warm sunlight. Simple, custom-built furniture was installed neatly to fit the space, creating an efficient, well-ordered interior.
