On the 23rd, Eva posted a passport photo she took herself on her social account, calling it “the best birthday present.”
She said the photo was taken at the Namyangju passport office and shared an image of herself smiling broadly while holding a blue South Korean passport for the ID verification shot.
Marking her 45th birthday, she said, “I finally received a Korean passport,” and added, “I want to live as a South Korean for the next 45 years and another ten years. I’m grateful.” She also stated, “My goal is to live to 100.”

In 2010 she married a Korean man and became the mother of two. She recently announced on the Pabi Yangban channel that she had passed the final naturalization exam and described applying for her resident ID and passport. In the video, she recalled the emotion of the naturalization ceremony and said, “It’s been 20 years since I came to Korea; I feel like I’ve come of age,” expressing anticipation for a new start.
