Giving teens a taste of careers through styling and editorial shoots

Musinsa teamed up with Amorepacific to stage the social-impact campaign \”Meet Your Dream\” in Seoul’s Seongsu-dong neighborhood on the 25th and 26th.
The program gave teens hands-on job experiences in areas they’re already excited about, helping them spot their potential and grow their dreams.
Working with the Children and Future Foundation, the two companies selected 40 middle- and high-school students from schools in Seoul and assigned team missions to develop the identity and concept for a fictional brand called MYD.
Musinsa merchandisers and photographers joined Amorepacific brand managers and makeup artists as expert mentors, guiding students through planning and helping turn ideas into tangible products and editorial spreads.
To offer real-world experience in fashion and beauty, Musinsa and Amorepacific opened offline spaces in Seongsu-dong — Musinsa Store Seongsu @ Daelim Warehouse, Musinsa Standard Seongsu, and Amore Seongsu — where students explored styling, makeup, and editorial photography roles they’d been curious about.
An Amorepacific representative called the event a meaningful opportunity to give future beauty and fashion talent practical experience and said the company will continue creating programs that support youth development.
A Musinsa spokesperson said it was especially meaningful for the company—as a leader in fashion and beauty—to help teens explore career paths, and added that Musinsa will step up collective-impact activities by collaborating with diverse partners.
