Hyundai Green Food said on March 29 that it will open a new counter called ‘Nature-Inspired Soban’ at h_Kitchen, the premium food court on B1 of Hyundai Department Store’s Trade Center branch.
Nature-Inspired Soban is a fusion Korean brand that emphasizes cooking techniques designed to bring out the natural flavors of its ingredients. Its signature dish is the Myeongran Tofu Grill Rice Bowl — whole grilled tofu simmered in a soy-based sauce, topped with pollock roe and grilled vegetables (12,500 KRW (about $9.38)). Other highlights include the Garlic‑Jujube Chicken Thigh Rice Bowl — grilled chicken thigh glazed in a garlic-and-jujube sauce (14,000 KRW (about $10.50)) — and a vegan option, the Tofu Soboro Buckwheat Noodles in Soy Broth, which combines tofu, grilled vegetables and buckwheat noodles tossed in a savory soy sauce (12,500 KRW (about $9.38)).
Meanwhile, Hyundai Green Food will run a \”Cook Short, Cheer Long\” promotion on its official online mall, Greeting Mall, from March 30 through April 5.
The event offers up to 10% off on 40 ready-to-eat home-style items, including Korean fried chicken, pizza and tteokbokki.
Featured products include Heukcho Black Dakgangjeong (6,120 KRW (about $4.59)), Honey Yellow Dakgangjeong (6,460 KRW (about $4.85)), Peanut Red Dakgangjeong (6,460 KRW (about $4.85)), and One Table Pepperoni Pizza (7,200 KRW (about $5.40)).
