[Herald Economy (Incheon)=Reporter Lee Hong-seok] The 2026 Korea Ramen Expo opened on March 26 at Songdo Convensia in Incheon.
As K-ramen continues its global surge, organizers put together this expo to sharpen the food industry’s competitive edge internationally and build a stronger foundation for export growth.
Open through March 29, the event spotlights the Incheon Food Industry Development Center’s joint pavilion, where nine promising local food brands are showcasing their latest products.
Business programming runs alongside the exhibits: eight buyers from the Middle East and ASEAN are taking part in one-on-one pre-arranged meetings, while 15 international buyers from China, Mongolia, the U.S., and Russia are conducting on-site consultations.
For the public, the expo offers hands-on kimchi-making workshops and discounts in the cooking and sales zones — perfect for food lovers looking to taste and learn.
