The Korea Automobile Journalists Association (KAJA) said on the 25th that it signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with the China Automotive Journalists Association (CNAJA) and the Global E‑Mobility Alliance (GEAN) at Jeju Shinhwa World to advance development and broaden exchanges in the global e‑mobility sector.
The agreement establishes a strategic partnership among the three organizations to support sustainable growth in the eco‑friendly e‑mobility industry and to strengthen international cooperation. The groups plan to exchange information and pursue joint initiatives to accelerate carbon‑free technologies and clean energy adoption, while reinforcing global collaboration through regular forums and business networking.
They also agreed to cooperate on pre‑promotion for the international e‑mobility expo and on outward promotion for exhibitions and conferences, share key outcomes and data, and build practical collaboration by mutually inviting one another to events.
“This agreement creates an opportunity for the media, industry and international organizations to expand their roles within the global cooperation shaping the e‑mobility industry,” said KAJA President Ryu Jong‑eun. “Through the international expo and a range of exchange programs, I hope we can proactively identify the sector’s future agenda.”
“With China and Korea—and the global auto industry—at a pivotal point in the shift to electrification, sharing knowledge and building cooperative networks is essential,” said Cao Mengchan, deputy secretary‑general of CNAJA. “We will extend this platform for international cooperation beyond bilateral exchanges.”
“GEAN will strengthen its role as a global hub connecting institutions, industry and media across countries,” said Kim Dae‑hwan, president of GEAN. “We will develop concrete collaborative projects centered on regular forums and expos and contribute to creating a sustainable e‑mobility ecosystem.”
