According to outlets including Yahoo News, the Madman Burger is made with the Carolina Reaper, one of the world’s hottest chili peppers. The Carolina Reaper scores about 1,200,000 on the Scoville scale — roughly 200 times hotter than a jalapeño (about 8,000 Scoville).
The Madman Burger is priced at 25,600 KRW (about $17), and Betis Burger recommends it only for customers aged 18 and over.
