Zigzag, the style-commerce platform run by KakaoStyle, announced on March 20 that it will take part in the 2026 Online Brand Small Business Development Project (the TOPS program) and support the growth of 200 fashion small businesses by year’s end.
The TOPS program, organized by the Ministry of SMEs and Startups and the Korea Distribution Agency for Small and Medium Enterprises, scouts and nurtures promising small businesses across four major industries: fashion, food, home living, and beauty. As one of Korea’s leading fashion platforms, Zigzag was selected to lead the fashion sector of the program.
Zigzag will pick 200 small fashion businesses and share its business strategies and proven know‑how to help them scale quickly. To build long-term, independent growth foundations, the program offers data-driven one-on-one consulting and Partner Plus subscription perks. For immediate revenue boosts, participants will get support such as live-streamed shopping events, dedicated curated promotions, affiliate marketing, and complimentary advertising credits.
Applications are open through 6 p.m. on April 2. Details and application instructions are available in the notices section of Zigzag’s Partner Center or on the Korea Distribution Agency for Small and Medium Enterprises’ Panpandaero site.
A KakaoStyle spokesperson said Zigzag was chosen to run the program in recognition of its ability to nurture promising fashion small businesses, and the company is eager to join efforts to help them grow. The spokesperson added that Zigzag will continue offering a variety of support programs to promote shared growth with small businesses and partner stores, and will do its best to uphold its responsibilities as a leading domestic fashion platform.
