The North Gyeongsang Provincial Police Agency has launched an investigation into allegations of bribery involving a tourism facility operator in Uljin County. The company is accused of providing cash and gifts to county council members and government officials.
Following the emergence of these allegations in 2024, law enforcement conducted a raid on the company’s premises last October.
Investigators are currently analyzing the seized evidence to determine if there are any connections to official duties or potential conflicts of interest.
