CJ Freshway has announced plans to host the ‘Food Solution Fair 2026’ on March 18-19 at the aT Center in Yangjae-dong, Seoul.
Now in its fourth year, the ‘Food Solution Fair’ is a specialized B2B food and beverage expo showcasing the latest trends and solutions in food distribution and foodservice industries.
This year’s event, themed “Co-creating a Food Solution Ecosystem,” aims to bring together diverse industry stakeholders, including restaurateurs, caterers, manufacturers, and partners. It will serve as a collaborative platform for sharing on-site challenges, solutions, and exploring tangible partnership opportunities. The first day is reserved for invited industry professionals, while the second day welcomes the general public.
At the expo, CJ Freshway will spotlight its future growth engines: online platforms and kitchenless solutions, offering practical innovations for the dining and catering sectors. The ‘Online Platform’ booth will feature a user-friendly ordering system based on their digital food distribution platform, alongside popular products. The ‘Kitchenless’ booth will showcase ready-to-eat meal corners and mobile food and bakery (F&B) service brands. Additionally, the company plans to introduce a range of products and services, including tailored solutions for restaurants and catering facilities, efficiency-boosting culinary products, and B2B sauces.
The event will also host a variety of on-site programs. These include culinary demonstrations using efficiency-enhancing products and B2B sauces, as well as talks on actionable business strategies. Notable speakers include Dr. Woo Chang-yoon, CEO of Wimwon, and Choi Jong-won, CEO of Dailyfix, alongside several CJ Freshway chefs. For those unable to attend in person, the program will be livestreamed on CJ Freshway’s official YouTube channel.
The dining trends seminar will feature an impressive lineup of industry experts: Song Gil-young, author at Shidae Forecast; Kim Sung-min, CEO of Metizen; Nam Jun-young, CEO of TTT Cultural Planning Company; and Jang Soon-sik, a consultant at MyPcha.
Those interested in attending the fair and seminars can register through the pre-registration page on CJ Freshway’s website. Early birds who sign up by March 17 will enjoy free admission.
