They\u2019ll be available from the 22nd of next month through Sept. 3. <\/p>\n<p>The Jeju Apple Mango Bingsu spotlights sweet Jeju apple mango, layered with citrus cream, airy foam, and mango condensed milk. It\u2019s served with orange blossom gelato and lemon sorbet, with ice cream provided on the side. <\/p>\n<p>The Korean Melon Bingsu pairs a refreshing Korean melon compote with creamy yogurt ice cream and a light sorbet. <\/p>\n<p>New this season is the Special Truffle Dessert Bingsu Set. It stacks truffle-infused milk ice and tops it with hazelnut crunch, chocolate sorbet, chocolate anglaise cream, cacao feuilletage, and cacao nibs cream.
