According to People on the 18th (local time), the oversized creation was unveiled the day before during the Yonkers Art Weekend. A.J. Kiarella, founder of the 914 Collective, partnered with local businesses including Brooklyn Bagel &amp; Coffee Company and Yonkers Brewing Company to bring the idea to life.The build called for a custom, monster bagel weighing 17 pounds (about 7.7 kg), 250 eggs, roughly 45 slices of cheese and a massive amount of bacon. The finished sandwich was big enough to feed around 40 people.Organizers say the biggest challenge was producing the oversized bagel. After reaching out to several bakeries, they finally succeeded in having a custom one made.
