YouTuber Park Wi recently wrote, “Today marks exactly 12 years since I was diagnosed with total paralysis. When I think back to that day, it still feels unreal. In an instant, my entire body stopped moving, and I couldn’t even feel my mother’s hand on me as she prayed.”<\/p>\n
He said he thought he had lost everything at first. But over time, he realized that even within a life of total paralysis, there were already so many things he could be grateful for.<\/p>\n
He went on to share, “Ten years later, I met the person I wanted to spend my life with, and we married. I can only describe married life as a blessing.”<\/p>\n
As the head of his household and husband to his beloved Ji-eun, he added that he dreams of the day he can stand on his own two feet, take his wife’s hand, and backpack across Europe together.<\/p>\n
He asked fans to keep praying that he can make that dream come true, and he expressed deep gratitude to his wife, Song Ji-eun: “Today I want to sincerely thank Ji-eun, who has always stayed by my side and walked with me.”<\/p>\n
In response, Song Ji-eun wrote, “Babe, I’m the one who’s more grateful. You are my pride, my rock, the keeper of my self-worth, and pure love. I’m so excited to see what stories we’ll create together. Let’s live boldly, our way. I love you!!”<\/p>\n
