On the 23rd, Mosu Seoul posted on social media saying, “We bow our heads and offer our sincere apologies for the matter recently raised on online communities.”<\/p>\n

A recent post on an online community alleged that a visitor to Mosu experienced a wine swap.<\/p>\n

The author, identified as A, claimed the restaurant served a different vintage than the one ordered during the wine-pairing service.
After the ‘wine swap’ controversy spread, Mosu apologized: “On the 19th, during the wine-pairing service, we failed to provide the customer with clear information, which caused confusion. We also did not give a sufficient explanation during our follow-up, which led to great disappointment. We sincerely apologize for this.”<\/p>\n

They added that Chef Ahn Seong-jae and the entire Mosu team are taking the matter very seriously and will review all related services to prevent a recurrence.<\/p>\n
