\n <\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/div>\nMosu Seoul\u2014the fine-dining restaurant led by Chef Ahn Seong-jae\u2014issued a formal apology after coming under scrutiny for serving a different wine vintage than what a guest had ordered.<\/p>\n
On the 23rd, the restaurant posted on social media, expressing a sincere apology for an incident recently raised on online communities.<\/p>\n
The statement explained that during the wine-pairing service on the 19th, staff failed to provide clear guidance, which caused confusion. It added that the follow-up responses also lacked sufficient explanation, and the team deeply regrets the disappointment this caused.<\/p>\n
The restaurant said it reached out to the guest directly and that the apology was graciously accepted, but it acknowledged that this response did not fully meet the expectations placed on the establishment.<\/p>\n
Chef Ahn Seong-jae and the entire Mosu team said they are taking the matter very seriously. They will review all related services and implement measures to prevent a recurrence.<\/p>\n
The restaurant pledged not to offer a perfunctory apology, and vowed to rebuild customer trust through sincere, concrete actions.<\/p>\n
