It contains no artificial coloring.<\/p>\n<p>During the 100-store trial run, customers praised its creamy texture and clean, not-too-sweet finish; many said even people who usually skip desserts could enjoy it without feeling weighed down.<\/p>\n<p>Hyun-jung Choi, head of food and beverage development at Starbucks Korea, said, &#8220;Reflecting global dessert trends, the Ube Basque Cheesecake has received a strong customer response since its launch, so we expanded availability to all stores.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Since 1971, Starbucks has ethically sourced and roasted Arabica coffee beans and operates stores in numerous countries.
