Renters should total living expenses, furniture and supplies, and plan for recurring monthly costs like electricity, gas and parking fees.<\/p>\n<p>When touring a unit, her primary concern was signs of pests. Skipping those checks, she warned, can lead to problems that derail your plans after you\u2019ve moved in.<\/p>\n<p>Park shared a personal anecdote: once, she slept on the floor for several days because she hadn\u2019t prepared enough, a reminder of why careful planning matters.<\/p>\n<p>Before signing a lease, she recommended checking the property registry to see if the unit carries outstanding loans or unpaid charges.<\/p>\n<p>Park made her film debut in 2011 with &#8216;Ad Balloon&#8217; and has since appeared in &#8216;Veteran 2&#8217;, &#8216;Smuggling&#8217;, &#8216;Mogadishu&#8217; and &#8216;Flight&#8217;.<\/p>\n<p>She also drew attention when she revealed that she first lived alone in a 6-pyeong studio in Gangnam, Seoul (about 214 sq
