Park started with the pumpkin injeolmi from Gwangju\u2019s Chang-eok Tteok and then worked his way through an eclectic selection.<\/p>\n<p>He likened the coating on the pumpkin injeolmi to castella powder and said that on the first bite it reminded him of a roll cake. He praised its chewy texture and nutty finish, adding that it would be perfect to share with coworkers.<\/p>\n<p>Raving about Obok Tteokjip\u2019s macaron-style monaka, he described it as \u201cas special as a national holiday\u201d \u2014 fit for a king \u2014 and said the tteok-and-butter pairing exceeded his expectations.<\/p>\n<div>\n<figure class=\"photo-layout\" image photo_138143 Haengbok Tteokjip, he recommended eating it warm to get the full flavor, recalling a similar moment from a previous video.<\/p>\n<p>Known as a \u201cbread guy,\u201d Park confessed that if he had to pick one food for life he\u2019d choose tteok over bread, explaining that tteok digests like rice and feels lighter on the stomach than wheat-based treats.<\/p>\n<p>He sampled offerings from shops including Gyeonggi Tteokjip, Apgujeong Gongju Tteok, and Pyeonghwa Tteok Workshop, ultimately naming Myeongdong Tteokjip\u2019s red-bean\u2013coated glutinous rice cake and Donghae Gijeong\u2019s Hanpan Gijeong as his top picks.<\/p>\n<p>Though he enjoyed many flavors during filming, he said the day\u2019s top tteok was chosen with the set\u2019s vibe and the crowd in mind.<\/p>\n<p>Toward the
