Each QR card also lists the crew member\u2019s interest keywords so interactions feel personal rather than purely informational. Prompts like music, travel, restaurants, gaming, and pets are designed to spark easy, natural conversations between guests and staff.<\/p>\n

The digital concierge lays out everything guests need in a clean, intuitive format: guides to major hotel facilities, room how-tos, dining hours, fitness and common-area info, and AI-powered local recommendations.
