Jeonbuk Provincial Office of Education is expanding workshops that use integrity facilitators to improve organizational culture.<\/p>\n

The program is participatory: staff diagnose problems within their organizations and identify concrete improvement measures. Facilitators visit each institution to lead discussions and support decision-making.<\/p>\n

In 2024, the office became the first provincial education office in the country to introduce an integrity facilitator system. It has trained 21 facilitators and continues to run its visiting Organizational Culture Improvement workshops.<\/p>\n

This year, the workshops will be run entirely by internal staff, reducing reliance on outside instructors. Eighteen institutions applied; sessions will be held sequentially from May 18 through the end of July.<\/p>\n

Earlier, an advanced course strengthened the facilitators’ delivery skills and their ability to design tailored workshops. Eighteen graduates will form three teams, each responsible for workshops matched to the specific needs of different institutions.<\/p>\n

The office says this internal staffing model will strengthen on-site communication, and it plans to continue expanding the organizational culture improvement program.
