Korea Southern Power hosted leadership training for mid-level female managers.<\/p>\n

The company said on April 27 that it conducted the 2026 First-Half Women’s Leadership Training at the Wyndham Grand Hotel in Busan on April 23\u201324.<\/p>\n

The program aimed to strengthen talent management grounded in gender equality and diversity. The curriculum covered next-generation leadership, strategies for overcoming the glass ceiling, and development of communication skills.<\/p>\n

Participants shared the need for a more inclusive organizational culture and reviewed strategies to foster collaboration and professional growth within their organizations.<\/p>\n

The program included a CEO lecture. President Kim Jun-dong emphasized fair personnel practices and respect for diversity, urging the expansion of opportunities and roles for women leaders.<\/p>\n

Non-executive Director Park Young-mi then delivered a talk titled “Leadership That Combines Performance and Sustainability,” outlining the responsibilities and direction expected of mid-level managers.<\/p>\n

Korea Southern Power said it will continue pursuing job-focused skills development and talent cultivation policies grounded in gender equality.<\/p>\n
