The curriculum covered next-generation leadership, strategies for overcoming the glass ceiling, and development of communication skills.<\/p>\n<p>Participants shared the need for a more inclusive organizational culture and reviewed strategies to foster collaboration and professional growth within their organizations.<\/p>\n<p>The program included a CEO lecture. President Kim Jun-dong emphasized fair personnel practices and respect for diversity, urging the expansion of opportunities and roles for women leaders.<\/p>\n<p>Non-executive Director Park Young-mi then delivered a talk titled &#8220;Leadership That Combines Performance and Sustainability,&#8221; outlining the responsibilities and direction expected of mid-level managers.<\/p>\n<p>Korea Southern
